FAQ

  • Where are you based?  We are based in New Plymouth, New Zealand.
  • What payments do you accept? Presently we accept credit/debit card purchases via Shopify Payments.
  • Where do I put the Custom Text on my order? The section for adding your Custom Text is on your sign is located just above the add to cart button. If you've missed your name on your order please send us an e-mail to fix it for you. 
  • Can I preview my design? We can send previews on paid orders only.
  • When will my order ship? If your includes a handmade/made to order product it can take roughly 25-35 working days to make your product. All handmade/made to order products are designated as such in the product description. If your product is ready made then it should ship before close of business the following working day. Sometimes items way take longer for finishes to dry
  • Do you accept returns? We can accept returns on ready-made items provided they are returned with the original packaging and in an unused state.  Due to the nature of custom and made to order products, we cannot accept returns on them. If you have an issue with it please get in touch so we can help you out!     
  • In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged with the courier, please let the courier know asap and return the item with the original packaging, once it's returned we can ship out your replacement.
